Coil Winding
we prioritize quality by using only electrical grade aluminum and copper sourced from renowned such as hindalco for our coils. Our skilled workers undergo extensive training to wind coils with micro-level precision, guaranteeing their longevity and efficiency.
Tanking
Our tanks undergo a meticulous process to guarantee durability and quality. They are shot-blasted, painted, and carefully processed to eliminate any surface roughness. We utilize high-grade zinc-based primer and paint to create a rust-proof tank body. Additionally, all tank are pressure-tested to ensure they are free from any leakages and enhacing longetivity of the transformer body.
Core Assembly
Top-grade imported core laminations serve as the foundation for our products, ensuring exceptional quality and performance. These laminations are meticulously cut and annealed to reduce core losses and provided uniform flux density which significantly improves efficiency.
Oil Top-up
Oil plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper cooling of transformers. Before being filled into transformer tanks, heated moisture-free mineral oil undergoes several quality tests, including Voltage (BDV), flash point, and other assessments to ensure its reliability and performance. This rigorous testing guarantees that the oil will effectively maintain optimal operating temperatures, contributing to the overall efficiency and longevity of the transformer.
Core-Coil Assembly
Our skilled team ensure that each internal component is expertly assembled while adhering to strict quality standards and design to facilitate optimal cooling and enhance overall performance. In-process quality team ensures that each item is strictly as per design.
Inspection and Testing
Each transformer undergoes thorough inspection and tests like HV, DVDF, Magnetic balance are carried out to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards. Only after passing these evaluations do we apply our quality seal, guaranteeing that every unit delivered is reliable and safe for use.
